Batman : The Long Halloween has a beautiful art style and voice acting. It will get you acquainted with all the important figures in Gotham City. The plot is quite interesting and eerie too. The chemistry between Batman and Catwoman is amazing in this one.

There are a plethora of villains which are introduced in here which will help you later when you watch Matt Reeves' take on Bruce Wayne.

Poison Ivy, Two Face, Solomon Grundy, The Roman, Sal Maroni are some of the important characters in this movie. Worth a watch and an excellent prep for watching Robert Pattinson in "The BATMAN"
